Polar Fusion, LLC dba EquiSpirit’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. Polar Fusion and the Polar Fusion affiliates will never wilfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that customer’s permission. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it.
When you visit this website, some information, such as the site that referred you to us, your IP and email address, and navigational and purchase information, may be collected automatically as part of the site’s operation. Although guests under 13 years of age are allowed to participate in contests and promotions, if such a guest wins, notification and prizes are sent to the parents or guardians identified in the initial registration process. Publication of contest winners’ names and ages for individuals under 18 requires parental or guardians’ consent during contest registration.
Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, Polar Fusion does not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. All registrants receive e-mail confirming their registration. No information collected from guests under 18 years of age is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside Polar Fusion except as explicitly stated during registration for contests or promotions.
The sites to which we link, including but not limited to the sites of subsidiaries and third party content providers, may have different privacy policies and practices from those disclosed here. We assume no responsibility for the policies or practices of linked sites and encourage you to become acquainted with them.
